By registering on this website or placing any order for alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Orders are placed by clicking the "Confirm Order" or "Complete Purchase" button. By doing so, you are making an offer to purchase products from VinoVenturer under these terms and conditions.

Upon order placement, you will receive an automated email confirmation. If we need to modify your order after confirmation, we will contact you before proceeding with the transaction.

We reserve the right to decline any order if products are unavailable, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if we are unable to verify your age.

VinoVenturer makes every effort to ensure that all wines and products listed on our website are currently in stock. However, availability may be limited, particularly for rare wines from boutique producers.

All products are offered subject to availability and final confirmation. We will notify you promptly if any items in your order are unavailable.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

Unless otherwise specified, all wine bottles are in standard 750ml format.

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment via major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Delivery Coverage: We deliver to most areas in Hong Kong. Some outlying islands and remote areas in the New Territories may not be covered. Please contact us before placing an order if you are unsure about delivery to your location.

Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery takes up to 7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and estimated time window.

Free Delivery: Orders over HK$1,000 qualify for free standard delivery to a single location in Hong Kong.

Delivery Fee: For orders below HK$1,000, a delivery charge of HK$150 applies.

Failed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, an additional delivery charge will apply for rescheduling.

Delivery Responsibility: Please ensure someone over 18 years of age is available to receive and sign for the delivery. We may request ID verification upon delivery.

Event tickets purchased through VinoVenturer are digital products and do not require physical delivery.

Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details and event information.

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by VinoVenturer. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

Please arrive at events on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated depending on the nature of the event.

Immediate Inspection: We strongly recommend inspecting all wine deliveries immediately upon receipt. Check for any damage, leakage, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for collection and delivery of the correct items at no additional charge.

Change of Mind: Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the order has been delivered.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

All wines are stored in temperature-controlled conditions prior to delivery to ensure optimal quality.

Once delivered, proper storage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend storing wines in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations.

Natural sediment may occur in some wines, particularly older vintages. This is a natural characteristic and not a defect.

VinoVenturer shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, or government restrictions.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website are error-free.

Our liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant products.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be used solely for processing orders, improving our services, and communicating with you about your purchases.

We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., delivery services) or as required by law.

By placing an order, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase and account.
